1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and bv999e ("bv999e," "the Company," "we," "us," "our"), governing your access to and use of the bv999e website located at https://bv999e.net and all associated services, games, betting markets, and account features offered therein (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating a bv999e account, accessing the Platform, placing any wager , or depositing funds, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the bv999e Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an active bv999e account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of bv999e, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be a self-excluded individual under bv999e's responsible gaming programme or any other gaming operator's self-exclusion register that bv999e participates in.
• You must register using accurate, current, and complete personal information. The use of false identities, aliases, or third-party credentials is strictly prohibited.

3. Account Registration

Each eligible individual may open and maintain one (1) bv999e account only. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers, is a material breach of these Terms.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and phone number. You agree to keep this information current and to notify bv999e promptly of any changes by contacting support at [email protected].

bv999e reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) procedures at any point during the account lifecycle, including but not limited to at registration, upon first withdrawal request, when unusual account activity is detected, or at the request of our licensing authority. KYC documentation may include:

• A government-issued photo identity document (CNIC, passport, or driver's licence)
• Proof of residential address dated within the past three (3) months (utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of JazzCash or EasyPaisa account showing registered name and number)
• Source of funds documentation where required by anti-money laundering (AML) obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bv999e login credentials. bv999e will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

bv999e operates a PKR-native cashier, accepting deposits and processing withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following supported payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, and 1LINK.

4.1 Deposits

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day; current limits are displayed in the bv999e cashier at the time of deposit.
• bv999e does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges, which are your responsibility.
• Deposits are credited to your bv999e account balance promptly upon confirmed receipt. JazzCash and EasyPaisa transfers typically credit within seconds.
• bv999e reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified or that raises AML concerns.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are processed only to payment methods registered in the same name as the bv999e account holder.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies; the current threshold is displayed in the cashier.
• All KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is approved. Subsequent withdrawals may require re-verification at bv999e's discretion.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only the real-money portion of your balance is eligible for withdrawal at any time.
• bv999e targets withdrawal processing within 24–72 business hours of approval; actual transfer times depend on the receiving payment provider.
• bv999e reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to large withdrawal requests and may request additional documentation before releasing funds.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

bv999e offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and cricket-specific promotions tied to PSL and international fixtures. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and certain high-RTP slots may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are listed per promotion.
• Time Limits: Bonuses must be claimed and wagering requirements completed within the time limit specified per promotion. Unclaimed or unmet bonuses expire automatically at the end of the stated period.

6. Betting Rules

All sports bets placed through the bv999e platform — including cricket, table tennis, football, and other markets — are subject to the following general betting rules:

• Bet Acceptance: bv999e reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion. Bets are not confirmed until explicitly accepted by the bv999e platform and a bet reference number is issued.
• Odds: Odds displayed on the bv999e platform are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. In the event of a palpable error in odds (manifest error), bv999e reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds, regardless of whether settlement has occurred.
• In-Play Betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to the live data feed available at the time of placement. Bets placed after the relevant event outcome has been determined (late bets) will be voided.
• Match Abandonment: In the event a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or declared void before the minimum required play threshold is met, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned, unless otherwise stated in the specific market rules.
• PSL & Cricket Specific Rules: For Pakistan Super League and international cricket markets, the standard cricket betting rules apply including the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method provisions for rain-affected matches. Specific rules are available in the bv999e help section.
• Maximum Payout: A maximum payout limit per event, per day, or per bet type may apply. Current limits are visible in the cashier and sportsbook sections.
• Bet Cancellation: Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by bv999e, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the relevant event settlement.

7. Casino Games

• Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage; any winnings derived from exploitation of errors will be voided
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or any systematic strategy designed to exploit bonus terms or guaranteed-profit scenarios
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets
• Using the Platform in connection with any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing any deposit transaction with your payment provider without first raising the matter with bv999e support
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to mask your true location
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bv999e staff or other users through any communication channel

9. Responsible Gaming

bv999e is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe, sustainable entertainment environment for all Pakistani players. The following responsible gaming obligations and tools apply to all bv999e accounts:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account at any time through the account dashboard. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

bv999e grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Platform software
• Use bv999e's trade marks, logos, or branding in any context without prior written consent
• Screen-scrape, data-mine, or use automated tools to extract content from the Platform

Any unauthorised use of bv999e intellectual property constitutes an infringement and may result in legal action.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bv999e's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your bv999e account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bv999e shall not be liable for any of the following, even if bv999e has been advised of the possibility of such damages:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings
• Loss of data or corruption of data
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind
• Losses arising from reliance on Platform content, odds, statistics, or results data
• Interruptions to Platform availability caused by maintenance, technical faults, third-party infrastructure failures, or force majeure events
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where bv999e's systems have not been breached

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

13. Suspension & Termination

bv999e reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the player against bv999e
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy applies)
• At the request of a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 8

Upon account closure for cause, any real-money balance remaining in the account (net of applicable fees and voided bonus amounts) will be returned to the player via their last verified withdrawal method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC or AML review.

14. Amendments to Terms

Amended Terms take effect on the date stated in the update notice. 15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bv999e holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any transaction conducted through the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Informal Resolution: Before initiating any formal dispute proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting bv999e support at [email protected], providing full details of your complaint. bv999e will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within 10 business days.

Escalation: If a complaint cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, you may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution body designated by bv999e's licensing authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution mechanism are available on request from bv999e support.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction of residence.
